课程内容简介(中文)

电子商务是各种具有商业活动能力和需求的实体(生产企业、商贸企业、金融企业、政府机构、个人消费者等)为了提高商务活动效率,而采用计算机网络和各种数字化传媒技术等电子方式实现商品交易和服务交易的一种贸易形式。电子商务是一个跨学科的领域,既涉及网络、电子通信、信息安全技术,多媒体存储和检索技术等,又涉及市场营销、采购和销售、供应链管理等商务活动,还涉及信息隐私、知识产权、税收等法律问题。本课程的任务是使学生掌握电子商务的基本理论,知道如何开展和管理电子商务,能够识别电子商务的主要机会、限制因素、带来的问题和风险。课程主要内容包括电子商务导论、B2C电子商务、B2B电子商务、其他电子商务模式和应用、建立和管理电子商务系统、电子商务的实施等。

课程内容简介(英文)

Electronic commerce (EC, or e-commerce) refers to business activities involving manufacturers, consumers, service providers, and intermediaries using computer networks such as the Internet and digital media to reduce product and service cost and improve customer response time and quality. EC is a multidisciplinary field that includes technical areas such as networking and telecommunication, security, and storage and retrieval of multimedia; business areas such as marketing, procurement and purchasing, billing and payment, and supply chain management; and legal aspects such as information privacy, intellectual property, taxation, contractual and legal settlements. The mission of this curriculum is to let students mastery of the basic theory of EC, know development and management of EC, recognize the opportunity, limit, issue and risk of EC. This curriculum contains introduction to EC, B2C EC, C2C EC, else EC mode and its application, development and management of EC systems, EC implement.
